Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your seed bombs and the service you receive. If you make a purchase from the standard range and change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us if you wish to return your seed bombs for a full refund or exchange.
Custom orders are generally non-refundable and not for exchange due to the personalised nature of the order and time required to produce and package. If you have made a mistake with your quantity or any personalised details please get in touch as soon as possible to see if we can adjust the order. Any additional cost incurred to change these details will be required to be paid in full at the time of the change.
- To return or exchange a product you must notify us in writing, outlining your reasons for doing so. Please use the contact form for this.
- Please note, seed bombs will only be accepted for refund or exchange where the original packaging is not damaged or opened in any way.
- The cost of returning any item(s) is your responsibility, as is the item until it reaches us.
- We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if there’s a problem with it (such as the balls have broken up during the delivery process), before arrangements have been discussed with us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with packing your order.
- We will process a refund or exchange of your order payment directly to your original payment method within 14 days, subject to compliance with the returns policy.
When purchasing from our online shop, Seed Sensations will collect your name, billing and shipping address, contact phone number and email address so we can service your order. We will not share your personal information with any third party, except where required for the purpose of a courier company engaged by us to fulfil delivery.
All financial information concerning your preferred payment method including credit card information is handled by PayPal or Square.
We may from time to time inform you of news or special offers by email. You will always be provided with the option of unsubscribing.
